Major General Shahzad Naeem Khan (Rtd) joined the Army in 1982 and had a long and distinguished career spanning over four decades.

During his service, he remained in various important and coveted positions, notably Division Commander at Malir and Brigade Commander at Multan. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College Quetta and National Defence College, Islamabad. Additionally, he has overseas experience, including a stint in a United Nations Peace Mission in Africa and also as a Defence Attaché in Pakistan High Commission Dhaka, Bangladesh. He also served at Joint Staff Headquarters as a Director General dealing with joint intelligence and information operations.

He retired from active service in July 2021 and has since been associated with Nutshell Group.
