Muhammad Kashif boasts over a decade of experience as an Conference management consultant and presently holds the position of Head of Events & Customer Experience at Nutshell Group.

Throughout his career, he has successfully orchestrated top-tier events in Pakistan, such as the South Asia Conclave, Investment Forum, Leaders in Islamabad, The Future Summit, Pakistan Business Summit and many more.

Kashif's professional journey began as a Plant Engineer at Honda Altas, followed by a role as Manager of Training and Development at the Ministry of Industries and Production (MoI&P), Government of Pakistan. Beyond his engineering background, he possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and a flair for creativity. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and has further advanced his education, earning both a Master's and an M. Phil in Human Resource Management from the University of Punjab. Furthermore, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

He is a tactical, strategic and proactive professional with an outstanding record of delivering positive results in business process outsourcing and administrative functions.

Additionally, he has actively contributed as a member of Rotary International for the past 18 years.
