Lastly, he worked for Pakistan's largest and most popular media conglomerate, GEO TV Network, as Head of HR, developing and leading people to success in a highly competitive environment and crisis. Known for his systematic approach, energy, empathy, optimism, and strong work ethics, he developed the first-of-its-kind contemporary Human Resource Department and employer brand, TeamGEO, with exemplary employee engagement and contribution to the overall talent development of an embryonic media industry.

Earlier, he was associated with FedEx as Country Head Operations and Customer Services, where, due to his out-of-the-box ideas and result-oriented execution, he was recognized as the operation's transformation champion on National and International levels. As a part of the turnaround team, he delivered many of the industry's firsts, thus changing the way air express business was done in Pakistan. Effectively implemented seamless strategy and change management processes to make exceptional visionary ideas a reality.
